Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all materials. If books or printed materials were damaged in shipping, or if DVD’s or Audio CD’s do not function properly, please email or call CESM to request a replacement. Please return items to CESM.
Upon our receiving items, we will inspect returned items and exchange them. No books or printed materials are returnable, unless they were damaged in shipping. Damage would include, ripped or torn pages damaged in shipping or stained and discolored pages due to shipping. If printed materials were damaged in shipping, there is no shipping replacement charges.
If DVD’s or CD’s are defective, there is no shipping replacement charges. Please return items within 14 days of your email or phone call. Allow 8 to 10 business days for replacements.


We currently online ship within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii. All other orders are a special handling shipping request. Please email or call CESM for special handling shipping request. We currently ship using USPS – Priority Mail or Media Rate.
