Rick holds a PhD in evolutionary biology and an MS in geology. He left a career in acadamia to serve God. Rick and his wife, Susan, founded and directed the outdoor science program at the Mt. Herman Christian Camp in CA which ministers to 5,000 students annually. Rick is an author and has 10 messages and a DVD series.

Russ is a General Manager who gave away a succesful nationwide business to serve God. He and his wife, Joanna, began CESM and have developed Grand Canyon and Grand Staircase Christian tours. Russ has authored 5 books, 2 coloring books and has 12 popular-level messages plus a DVD Study Series.

Rick & Russ have shared with hundreds of churches, youth camps and conferences as well as on college campuses, radio programs and worldwide television.
